Lightbox Theatre believes that the telling and sharing of stories can bring people together, create community and be transformative for all.
We believe that everyone has a story to tell and a part to play.
Our work with a wide range of people in the community is an important aspect of what we do and often informs our work.
For some of our shows such as Battersea Odyssey or Bound, workshops and outreach in local communities are an integral part of our development.
Ever wanted to be involved in the running of a professional show?
Or perhaps gaining backstage production experience to kickstart your theatre career?
We often have opportunities for reliable, enthusiastic volunteers with an interest in the performing arts and community projects. We pay expenses for travel and food, and aim to give our volunteers valuable, hands-on experience in areas from front of house to backstage working alongside stage management, and our creative team.
No experience necessary. All volunteers will receive training and expenses.
